Steve Sacks is the Chief Customer Officer of Burberry Group PLC and is responsible for the customer experience around the world.

Prior to joining Burberry, Steve was Director of Customer Strategy and Insight at Lloyds Banking Group and prior to that was a partner at McKinsey & Company, the consultancy, for many years.

In addition to his professional role, Steve is Chairman of the English National Ballet School.

Steve holds degrees from Princeton and Columbia universities and lives in London with his wife and two children.
