ENBYouthCo Creative Director

English National Ballet’s Engagement Department is seeking a Creative Director for its youth dance company, ENBYouthCo. Launched in April 2012, ENBYouthCo meet on Friday evenings at Markova House. ENBYouthCo dancers train in both ballet and contemporary dance technique, and learn about current English National Ballet repertoire. ENBYouthCo have performed at a number of dance platforms including, ReFresh, Richdance, and Move It, and have performed alongside the Company in Petrushka at the London Coliseum. 

ENBYouthCo have been involved in a number of pop up performances at various events and locations across London, including Kinetic Echo at Westfield, Shepherd’s Bush, choreographed by Cameron McMillan, as well as other Big Dance commissions. Previous ENBYouthCo dancers have been successful in securing places at Central School of Ballet, London Contemporary Dance School, Northern Ballet School, Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, and Tring Park School for the Performing Arts.

Fee: £3,000 annual contract (includes the planning and delivery of 3 terms of activity and audition workshops)

In addition to this, a fee of £500 will be offered for the planning and delivery of a week-long summer residency, and a negotiable fee will be offered for any extra work required.
