DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Responsible for the day to day administration of the Development Department, including maintaining the fundraising database Raiser’s Edge (RE), managing guest lists and providing support for events and donor cultivation and stewardship programmes. The post holder also provides PA and administrative support to the Development Director and senior Development staff.

Salary£19,000 - £21,000

Hours of working
Normal office hours are 10am – 6pm Mon-Fri.
Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required for which no additional pay will be available.

Normal place of work
English National Ballet, Markova House, Jays Mews, London though additional working will be required away from the office by attending events and venues in London and the regions.

Other benefits and terms of employment will be available upon offer of employment.

MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for running the day-to-day administration of ENB’s Membership and individual giving programmes including fundraising appeals. Duties include liaising with ENB’s most valuable donors, administrating all Friends’ and Patron (ENB Circle) level donations and benefits: gift processing and acknowledgement, donor mailings, processing all donor ticketing and catering requests and assisting with events and donor research.
