PRINCIPAL AND SOLOIST MALE DANCERS

English National Ballet brings world-class classical ballet to the widest possible audience - delighting them with the traditional and inspiring them with the new.

We are seeking classically trained male ballet dancers to join the Company to dance Principal and Soloist roles and you should currently have relevant experience to at least soloist level.

MAJOR GIFTS MANAGER (Part Time / three days a week)

Major Giving is a relatively new focus for English National Ballet and you will play a crucial role in developing this area of giving. You will help achieve a Major Gifts target of at least £500,000 per year by the end of 2015/16 and establish a strong pipeline to sustain and increase this level of giving in future years. As a confident and proactive individual, you should have proven experience within the field as well as excellent donor cultivation skills.

Salary

£35,000 - £40,000 (full time equivalent) dependent on experience

Hours of working 

Normal office hours are 10am – 6pm Mon-Fri. 

Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required for which no additional pay will be available.

Normal place of work

TRUSTS AND RESEARCH MANAGER

English National Ballet has long-standing relationships with a number of charitable trusts and foundations. We are seeking to increase the income from trusts significantly over the next three years, and you will play a vital role in achieving this. The role also includes a focus on research, which will underpin fundraising from charitable trusts, major donors and high net worth individuals. You should have substantial experience of raising funds from this sector and of creating funding proposals as well as researching and identifying prospects.
