You will ensure that that the Facilities team is an integral part of the organisation working to deliver companies goal and that the company’s premises are excellent, safe and effective places to work. You are likely to be a seasoned Facilities Manager with experience of managing a tightly resourced Facilities team; leading your team through empowerment and accountability. You are likely to have been involved in driving change and be someone who is both comfortable with stepping back and looking at the “big picture” as well taking hands on approach. You will have a strong customer service ethos with a can do approach. You will be a good communicator, able to build rapport with a diverse range of people. You will have experience of overseeing both hard and soft facilities services and will be well versed with regards provision of safe and secure working environments.

£35k - £40k dependent on experience.

Hours of working
Normal office hours are 10am – 6pm Mon-Fri.

Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required for which no additional pay will be available.

Normal place of workEnglish National Ballet, Markova House, Jays Mews, London though additional working will be required away from the office by attending events and venues in London and the regions.
