The National Day for Older People

Join English National Ballet to celebrate Silver Sunday, taking place on Sunday 3rd October. Take part in dance workshops for over 55s, where you can try something new and make new friends. This year we will be holding a Ballet Technique and Creative Workshop inspired by the company’s repertoire at the Mulryan Centre for Dance near Canning Town. These workshops are free, but booking is required. To book a space in a workshop, please use the booking links below.

Silver Sunday is organised by the Sir Simon Milton Foundation, a charity that works to reduce loneliness and isolation amongst older people.  For one day every year, Silver Sunday provides older people an opportunity to get out of the house, try new things, meet new people and find out about local services that are available throughout the year.
