Discover the magical world of Nutcracker
Join us this Christmas in our ENBYouthCo-nnect taster workshop inspired by English National Ballet’s iconic stage production of Nutcracker, specially designed for dancers aged 12– 15 years.
Led by ENBYouthCo-nnect Creative Director Jo Meredith and ENB Company Dancer Georgia Bould, discover the magical world of Clara, her heroic Nutcracker and the wicked Mouse King as they take a hot air balloon ride across London to the glistening Land of Snow.
Young dancers will broaden their knowledge of ballet technique and choreographic skills, as they take part in a fun and technical warm-up, before delving into choreography and learning repertoire.
Taster workshops are a great opportunity to try our ENBYouthCo-nnect programme. If you love it, we would love to welcome you back for a full term of dance and exciting repertoire in 2022!
We do recommend that young people have some previous experience of dance.
Taster workshops are FREE to residents of those living within the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham for the 21 – 22 academic year.*
