Home / Arts Council England, 2026/27 funding agreement
In any year, English National Ballet engages millions of audiences though our performances, our sector-leading learning and participation programme and our wide-ranging digital activities. Our Arts Council England grant enables us to continue do this, creating moving, meaningful experiences for audiences of all ages, whoever and wherever they are.
The recent announcement from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) confirming increased capital investment for arts and culture represents an important step for our sector. One that helps ensure our world-class arts ecosystem can continue to bring exceptional creativity and cultural experiences to audiences and communities nationwide.
This funding commitment towards our capital grant will make a tangible difference for English National Ballet, allowing us to secure essential technical equipment that will, in turn, support wider touring and help us to reach new audiences, including young people, in towns and cities across the country.
English National Ballet is a National Portfolio Organisation.
