Our non-syllabus classes for adults are held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at the home of English National Ballet in Kensington. They are led by highly-experienced, professional dance artists and accompanied by a pianist
Classes are suitable for all levels – from the complete beginner to more experienced and semi-professional dancers looking for more of a challenge. Seefor more information about the different levels.
In addition to our technique classes, BalletFit is a ballet-inspired pilates workout, which increases core-strength and flexibility. Held on Monday mornings and Wednesdays evenings it’s the perfect complement to our technique classes.
For those aged between 13 and 17, Youth Ballet, is a technique-focused, non-syllabus class open to dancers of Intermediate standard and above. This class will explore the fundamental movement principles of ballet including posture, alignment, co-ordination, balance and flexibility.
