Our non-syllabus classes for adults are held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at the home of English National Ballet in Kensington. They are led by highly-experienced, professional dance artists and accompanied by a pianist
Classes are suitable for all levels – from the complete beginner to more experienced and semi-professional dancers looking for more of a challenge. Seefor more information about the different levels.
In addition to our technique classes, BalletFit is a ballet-inspired pilates workout, which increases core-strength and flexibility. Held on Monday mornings and Wednesdays evenings it’s the perfect complement to our technique classes.
English National Ballet’s Youth Ballet offers a weekly non-syllabus ballet class, exploring musicality, artistry and performance skills, enabling young dancers the freedom to discover and develop their own individual style. Sessions throughout the term include ballet technique as well as repertoire workshops led by guest artists, including English National Ballet dancers. Youth Ballet is an ideal class for dancers aged 13-17, of Intermediate standard and above, who wish to supplement their regular training in the surroundings of a world-class ballet company. Those booked onto the full term will receive a range of exclusive benefits, including watching Company working stage rehearsals, discounts for English National Ballet performances and events, and the opportunity to meet Company dancers.
