Dance for Parkinson’s in Southampton

Overview

English National Ballet's Dance for Parkinson's programme invites you to experience the joy of dancing to live music, socialising and meeting new people.

Dance for Parkinson’s classes are launching in Southampton, in partnership with The Mayflower!

We welcome people living with Parkinson’s, along with their families, loved ones and carers to join us in the studio, no prior dance experience necessary. A range of seated and standing adaptations are presented to cater for all abilities.

This is a brand-new offering for 2026/27. Ahead of the weekly programme beginning on Wednesday 13 January 2027, we are running five Wednesday taster sessions at Mayflower Studios 4 November – 2 December which are now available to book.

These classes take place at Mayflower Studios, Above Bar Street, Southampton, SO14 7DU.

More information on how to book for the full term will be available soon. For any questions, please get in touch with the Mayflower team at participation@mayflower.org.uk.
