Content and level

Our Improvers class is for those who have already completed Absolute Beginners or are returning to ballet and want reminding of the basics.

Classes are designed to improve technique, develop ballet vocabulary and increase confidence. Building on the basics, classes introduce preparation for turns (pirouettes), jumps (allegro), develop arm movements (port de bras) and explore artistry and musicality.

Improvers is open to anyone aged over 18 and there is no upper age limit. If you have never danced with us before or would like to move into this level, we recommend taking one of the final classes of the Summer term as a taster ahead of booking the full Autumn term.

Refunds and exchanges

• Refunds and exchanges are not permitted except where events or classes are cancelled or abandoned by ENB when less than half the event or session has taken place.*
• We regret we do not offer class swaps or credit for missed classes. This applied to both drop-in and termly enrolled bookers.
