My First Ballet Workshops: Registration Form

We are using a new registration system (MindBody), to improve your sign-up experience. Please complete all questions below to create your new account.

Setting up a new account using the form below:

• Personal information should be for the adult booking and attending the workshop (child names should be listed under Other Information)
• Your username will be your email address.
• You will be asked to create a password.
• Once your account has been created, you will be asked to log in.
• Navigate to MFB: Cinderella Family Workshop
• Choose your class by clicking Sign Up Now! followed by Enroll.
• From here you can check out.

If you are having issues booking onto a workshop, please get in touch with us at engagement@ballet.org.uk. MindBody accounts for other organisations will not work.
