With a full height fly tower and a stage space to match London’s largest theatres, the Holloway Production Studio offers a technical space in which to rehearse performances.
This space is incredibly versatile and can also be used as a production studio rental space for dining events, product launches to showcase new brands, large multi-day conferences and fashion shows.

FAQs
Hiring Information
Free parking permits are available on request (maximum of 2 per hire). We also have a loading bay with direct access into the production studio and access to the other studios via the goods lift.
Exclusive hire to include overnight and weekend storage can be arranged for an additional hire fee.
We have a fantastic variety of trusted catering and production suppliers who can be recommended on request.
Filming and photography of hirers’ activities, including for use on social media, can be arranged in advance of your hire date. Use of English National Ballet’s name and logo is not permitted without prior approval and an additional location fee.
There is free wifi throughout the building as well as a dedicated higher speed wifi that can be used by hirers for streaming.
The Mulryan Centre for Dance is open for space hires and events on Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:30am-4pm. Any hires outside of these hours can be arranged at an additional charge to cover studio and staff costs.
Most of our rehearsal studios are located on the 4th floor and are fully accessible via a passenger lift servicing all levels. There are gender-neutral toilets and an accessible toilet on the 4th floor. There are no communal kitchen facilities/green rooms for hirers, but break-out spaces with kitchen facilities can be hired (depending on availability) for an additional cost.
All of our rehearsal studios have Harlequin sprung dance flooring suitable for light-soled dance shoes and bare feet. Any hires where heels or character shoes will be worn (or socked feet) and/or where set pieces will be brought in will need to arrange for protective flooring to be laid. We can provide this for you at an additional cost.
We are able to take minimum week-long bookings at any point in advance (depending on availability) and full day bookings a maximum of 6 weeks in advance.
