FAQs
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. Class will be taken in barefoot or in soft ballet shoes – no soft blocks, socks or pointe shoes are permitted. We recommend that those with long hair secure it away from your face.
No jewellery should be worn in any class: please remove it before entering the studio.
No street shoes are to be worn in the studio either.
Partners and carers are more than welcome to join the classes with you, should you require any 1-1 assistance or support. We ask all guests in the classes to join in practically.
If you would like to attend one of our Dance for Parkinson’s classes but are unable to book because the class is sold out, please reach out to our team at dancehealth@ballet.org.uk.
