Overview
Our Dance for Parkinson’s Performance Company is a high-energy dance class for individuals living with Parkinson’s is designed to challenge those in an environment promoting creativity, curiosity and artistic excellence. Supported by English National Ballet Associate Artists and Guest Creatives, you will learn performance skills in preparation for live performance platforms.
The Dance for Parkinson’s Performance Company is by invitation only.
Benefits of the Dance for Parkinson's Performance Company
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in and bare feet or comfortable shoes such as trainers, soft ballet shoes or plimsolls.
We ask that you do not wear socks for classes and please remove all jewellery before dancing.

Car Parking
We highly recommend you travel to English National Ballet by public transport. However, the Engagement Team have access to three car parking spaces, which are available for reservation in advance of the Wednesday sessions.
If you require a car parking space, please email dancehealth@ballet.org.uk by 12pm on the Monday before you are due to attend at the latest with your name and car registration number. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
