Overview
A great standalone workout, or supplementary class for dancers of all levels, BalletFit includes elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, gentle stretching and body conditioning, beginning with barre work and moving to floor-based exercises during the class.

Please wear clothing which gives you full range of movement. Class will be taken in soft ballet shoes or barefoot, please note socks are not permitted to be worn for any class.
Our classes at the Mulryan Centre for Dance are open to anyone aged over 18 and there is no upper age limit.
All package bookers can receive 50% off BalletActive for a year!
To redeem this you will receive a confirmation email once you have booked your term package, which includes a 50% off code to our online platform BalletActive. This code is valid for 12 months once redeemed and can only be used once.
If you already have a current BalletActive subscription this offer is still valid and can be redeemed by getting in touch with info@ballet.org.uk once you have purchased your class package.
Refunds and exchanges are not permitted except where events or classes are cancelled or abandoned by English National Ballet when less than half the event or session has taken place.*
We regret we do not offer class swaps or credit for missed classes. This applied to both drop-in and termly enrolled bookers.
*In exceptional circumstances due to medical reasons, please apply in writing with a medical certificate for discretionary consideration of a refund.
