English National Ballet welcomes four new Trustees to its Board

Orlene Badu is Head of Community at BADU COMMUNITY, an East London based social impact organisation that focuses on tackling inequalities communities experience, and a Race Equity Consultant. As a former headteacher of an East London primary school, Orlene has a deep understanding of education and local communities. She is a UCL Centre for Engineering Education Associate and a published author. She is passionate about the power of dance and the importance of access and opportunities for all communities.

Rachel Eccleston is Managing Director, Group AI at Sky, leading the group’s artificial intelligence strategy and transformation. Having started her career as a corporate lawyer in London and Mumbai, she has held a number of business strategy and transformation roles in the media and arts sectors including at The Boston Consulting Group and a global auction house. She has a long-held passion for ballet, theatre and the arts.

Harriet Finney is Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of Corporate Affairs and Partnerships at the BFI. Previously she served as Deputy CEO and Policy Director at the Creative Industries Federation (now Creative UK) and held senior positions at the Music Publishers Association and Chrysalis Group. A passionate supporter of the performing arts, she is also Chair of Landmark Theatres, a producing theatre with venues in North Devon and Peterborough.

Dhikshana Turakhia Pering is Head of Creative Programmes at London Museum, leading on the public programme for the museum that opens in November 2026. She has held previous roles at the Science Museum, London Transport Museum, Brent 2020 – London Borough of Culture, and Somerset House. She is known for her commitment to creative excellence, collaboration, representation and programming that is both culturally rooted and commercially confident. She is also Vice Chair of Clore Leadership.
