Let’s Dance 2026 – Dance for Parkinson’s Open Day

Overview

A joyful celebration of dancing at the Mulryan Centre for Dance.

Enjoy an uplifting afternoon of dancing at the Mulryan Centre for Dance. Bring a friend, loved one, or come on your own and experience an enjoyable ENB Dance for Parkinson’s class. This day unites people through dance whilst raising awareness of the physical and mental benefits dance offers for those living with Parkinson’s.

It’s time to get dancing!

Our Dance for Parkinson’s Open Day returns this Saturday 7 March as part of the Let’s Dance Campaign.

No experience is necessary and we encourage those who don’t usually dance to give it a go!

ENB is thrilled to have worked with Dame Arlene Phillips and Richard Roe to create a celebratory choreography for Let’s Dance 2026, designed especially for people living with Parkinson’s.

We have created a step-by-step film and resource pack, for all Dance for Parkinson’s groups across the UK to explore and to inspire Let’s Dance 2026 celebrations this March. View the video and download the guide below:

The workshop will begin with a fun and energising warm-up, with a focus on the Let’s Dance choreography.

This event is a joyful celebration of movement, community and the power of dance to support better mental and physical health and wellbeing. We look forward to dancing with you!
