Lara has been coaching elite performers and business professionals since 2016. Her background is predominantly in high performance sport, supporting athletes and organisations including UK Sport, Ireland Rugby, England Netball, Surfing England and most recently Olympic level skateboarders at Skateboard GB. During her time at the University of Oxford, she was responsible for career coaching dual career athletes, dancers and artists and has particular specialisms in performance and resilience coaching, mental skills training and career transitions.
Lara has a background as a qualified lawyer, having held senior legal positions at UK Sport, medical regulatory bodies and government departments. In addition to her coaching qualifications she has an LLB in Law and an MA in Medical Ethics, which focussed on the intersect of performance and wellbeing in elite junior level athletes. She trained in ballet, contemporary and acrobatics, and now dances mainly street/commercial. She is an active member of Dance Scholarship Oxford (Dansox). - English National Ballet

Joined as Artistic Coaching Lead in 2025. Additionally, Lara has been volunteering as a Dance Assistant for the ENB’s Dance for Parkinson’s programme since 2017.
