Koshizuka Natsuko Ballet Atelier
In 1987 she joined Tokyo Ballet as a soloist, promoted to prima ballerina in 1988.
In 1994 she joined the ballet company of the Deutsche Oper, Berlin. In 1997 she became a member of the Peter Schaufuss Ballet in Denmark. From 1998 to 2000 she danced as a prima ballerina for the Staatstheater, Hanover. In 2000 she returned to the Peter Schaufuss Ballet, where she became ballet master of the ballet school in 2004.
In 2007 she returned to Japan and became ballet master of K-Ballet Company and promoted in 2008 to the position of Assistant to the Ballet Director. Her supervised productions included Roland Petit’s Carmen, Ashton’s The Tales of Beatrix Potter and Rhasody, Balanchine’s Prodigal Son and Symphony in C and Kumakawa’s productions of Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Giselle, Coppélia and Symphony No. 9. During the 2009/2010 season she worked at the Pfalztheater, and from 2011/2012 she moved to the Theater Ulm, Germany prior to moving to London to take up her current position

As a guest teacher she has taught at Compania National de Danza, Hong Kong Ballet, Boston Ballet, Royal Ballet Flanders and Ballet Augsburg including workshops in Munich and various places in Japan
