English National Ballet is recruiting for the new position of HR Operations Manager for the newly created HR transactional services team.

£35 000 to £44 000 per annum

The role

Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Operations Manager will be an experienced project manager who can demonstrate success in process improvement and the introduction of systems, to improve the quality and timeliness of HR transactional services. An experienced line manager, the HR Operations Manager will train and monitor the team’s performance, creating a shared customer service ethos, which strives to create a right first time and positive experience for employees, managers and candidates.

You will be used to using data to plan and monitor the work of the team, and undertaking regular Q&A activities so that training needs are identified and improvements acted on.

The HR Operations Manager will also work to support embedding effective governance and controls, and supporting line managers in following these. The HR Operations Manager will be a key interface with the Payroll Manager.

The successful candidate will develop transaction HR KPIs and project plans, and report on progress and performance.

The role will also support the HRD in delivering transition and change management projects.
