An open level contemporary class which works on coordination and core strength, whilst also improving posture, balance and fitness.
Creatively discover and develop a new technique in addition to your regular ballet classes. Some knowledge of ballet, or contemporary dance is beneficial.
Contemporary classes are led by New Movement Collective and accompanied by a pianist. The class is open to anyone aged over 18 and there is no upper age limit. Concession is available to students, over 60s and those in receipt of benefits.
