Despite slightly grey skies the event sparkled all evening! Guests arrived at the Orangery at 7pm for cocktails and canapés by Zafferano served on the terrace. Beautiful blue hydrangea and white feather floral designs by Lavender Green decorated the venue as well as fittingly shaped swan topiary supplied by Topiary.co.uk.
Guests sampled bespoke chocolates inspired by the art of movement and the beauty of ballet by Baruzzo. They also had the exclusive opportunity to play with Poeitic Studios living sculpture, the Tropism Well which served up numerous drinks to awe inspired guests.
Guests enjoyed performances from English National Ballet's star dancers; Elena Glurdjidze performed Dying Swan, in a tutu designed by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel, and Jia Zhang and Max Westwell danced the White Swan pas de deux and suite en blanc.
Celebrity artwork inspired by the world's favourite ballet, Swan Lake, was displayed throughout the venue and attracted a lot of attention. The Live Auction, hosted by the lovely Lauren Laverne raised much needed funds for the company.
