As part of our national Dance for Parkinson’s programme, we offer two days professional development for dance artists, musicians, and other practitioners interested in sharing an open dialogue about artistic approaches to dance and music for people with Parkinson’s within the professional environment of the dance studio.
Led by professional dance and music artists from English National Ballet’s national Dance for Parkinson’s programme, and with guest presentations from Parkinson’s UK and University of Roehampton, the course aims to develop participants’ skills, knowledge and understanding to lead and develop their own dance activities for people with Parkinson’s.
“An excellent course led by a great team of artists and Parkinson's specialists.”
“Thanks for a professionally run, thought-provoking and educational weekend” - Participants, Dance for Parkinson’s professional development course, Oxford
