Dance for Parkinson's Ipswich

We have launched our Dance for Parkinson’s hub programme in Ipswich in partnership with DanceEast . DanceEast is the curator of the Jerwood DanceHouse, the home of dance in the East of England. DanceEast’s programme embraces the artistic, educational, social and recreational roles that dance plays in the local and national arts ecology and Dance for Parkinson’s connects with their commitment to celebrating diversity, championing excellence and providing access to all.

Participants in Ipswich have been part of English National Ballet’s first season as an associate company at Sadler’s Wells. In their first term they have explored the works of iconic choreographers featured in our Modern Masters programme, and next term they join our other regional groups in exploring the music, choreography and themes that inspired our ground-breaking programme Lest We Forget .
