English National Ballet is one of the world’s leading touring classical ballet companies with more than 50 year’s experience of touring in the United Kingdom and overseas.
The Company is committed to presenting ballet of the highest quality and boasts an enviable repertoire of the great classics, including Swan Lake (Deane) and Romeo & Juliet (Nureyev), in addition to an impressive catalogue of contemporary award-winning one-act works, e.g. Double Concerto (C Hampson).
Featuring some of the finest classical dancers in the world and supported by highly experienced artistic and technical support teams, the Company has toured to leading theatres and festivals in countries all over the world, including: The Gran Teatre del Liceu, Spain (2004), Herod Atticus, Hellenic Festival, Greece (2003), a national tour of Australia (1999 & 2001), a national tour of Japan (2001), and venues in Korea, Italy, Mexico, Hungary, Germany and Argentina.
Special events at Stately Homes, Festivals and Galas are a speciality of the Company and can include full-length works or mixed programmes of shorter ballets.
