Costume Sponsor of The Snow Queen, Swarovski, were in today to film a short documentary about their relationship with English National Ballet and to see just how their crystals are being used!

Development also secured another sponsor this week, Swiss Re, join us as a Corporate Partner and are looking forward to developing some family based events with us.

Last night saw a very intimate event in our studios at Markova House, individual givers were invited to a Snow Queen masterclass where choreographer Michael Corder gave us some insight on his vision and process on creating the new work. The evening culminated in a working rehearsal of Kay and Gerda's Act II pas de deux, danced by Adela Ramirez and Juan Rodriguez. Everyone was completely transfixed by the exciting, romantic choreography and felt very priviledged to have watched Michael work with these fantastic artists.
