English National Ballet's Department of Learning host Pre-Performance Talks to let you know a little more about us and the world of ballet. Talk Ballet is scheduled at every venue where English National Ballet performs as part of the Be Engaged programme. The Spring tour of Manon is no exception: Manon Oxford - Thursday 23 April at 6.15pm Cardiff - Wednesday 29 April at 6.15pm Talk Ballet is an opportunity to delve deeper into the ballet world. The talk will be given by English National Ballet’s Archive Consultant Jane Pritchard, who will impart her extensive knowledge peppered with fascinating anecdotes from her long career with the Company. It is a unique opportunity to enhance your understanding of the well-loved classics or to get to grips with our new ballets. There is also the opportunity to meet a member of English National Ballet’s Artistic team and perhaps even a dancer! If you’ve ever had a burning question about a ballet company, a dancer’s life or the ballet you will see, this is your chance to ask the experts. The box office issue tickets to the talks, so please remember to ask about pre-performance talks when booking. Tickets to the show will also allow you access to the auditorium, where the talks are held, early. |
